Context:
We’re working with a company building an AI agent that generates documents for folks in the insurance space. The team has grown 10x in the past 18 months and they’ll likely triple in size again by the end of this year.
They’re looking for someone who can help them:
1) Quickly come up to speed on their domain/the insurance industry
2) Manually verify the accuracy of some of their AI output
3) Create synthetic data to train their models on
Previous relevant experience is great but you do not need to have prior experience with AI, insurance, or in any particular functional area. We’re looking for a smart, diligent, organized individual who’s interested in the work.
You’d be working alongside one other person from Forward operating in a similar role and reporting into the customer success team.
About You

- You can come up to speed quickly on new topics
- You’re organized and have strong attention to detail
- You have 2+ years professional experience
