Context:
We're working with a company that’s looking for help modernizing, optimizing and hardening the security posture across a large-scale Salesforce environment. The core focus here is on release management (CI/CD, managing environments, backups + rollbacks) and security (running analysis, implementing hardening measures, making recommendations to stakeholders, doing POCs, and helping migrate security implementations up to production), but you’d also be helping modernize some legacy workflows and potentially setting up RBAC for them as well. You'll be working alongside a U.S.-based Salesforce lead and coordinating with a small internal team, so clear communication across workstreams is expected.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have salesforce experience
- You have worked on hardening a salesforce org from a security standpoint
- You have RBAC experience
- You have 8+ years of experience
