Context:
Forward is a consulting firm that finds subcontractors for all the work we do. We find contractors very quickly, usually in the span of 3-5 days, and during the first 1-3 days of a search we’d need your help reviewing 100s-1000s of candidate for a role.
When we have work for you we'll give you 24 hours notice, it’ll likely be ~4-6 hours of work, and we'll need you to be able to put in 2-3 hours next day. The rate is as high as it is because of the on demand and unstable nature of the work.
We prefer folks who don't have a prior background in recruiting and have never done something like this so that we can teach them from scratch how to interpret candidate profiles.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about learning how to review engineering candidates.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have experience ramping on new domains quickly
- You have flexibility to be available for urgent work on short notice
- Your speak at or near native level english
- You have 2-4 years of work experience
