Comp: $7.5-$12.5k/m target earnings w/ $4-6.5k/m base

Term: permanent/full time

Location: globally remote, latam + eastern europe preferred

Timezone Constraints: 6 hours overlap with ET

Context:

Forward is a consulting firm that spins up globally remote engineers for U.S. based companies.

We’re looking for a Head of Sales who can help us manage + close our existing business and also generate pipeline on their own.

Our ICP is currently U.S. based pre-seed through Series B startups though we’re open to expanding up market.

We’d like to find someone that has done this before for another consulting firm though we’re open to folks with other backgrounds.

Note the variable component of your salary would be a straight, uncapped profit share for simplicity / to fully align incentives and it would pay out at least twice a year.

About You

Roughly in order of importance:

  • You have experience selling into U.S. based tech companies
  • You have experience selling services
  • Your english is excellent
