Context:
One of our clients is looking to build a team of 25 engineers in mexico city and is looking for additional help sourcing for these roles.
We’re looking for someone who can screen resumes, and take initial phone screens with the candidates.
You’d be working within a broader people team of 5.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have experience in tech recruiting
- You’re comfortable speaking to candidates on the phone
- You’re comfortable working with english speaking teams
- You have 3+ years of experience
