Context:
We’re working with a Series B startup that’s building a data driven platform for enterprise HR organizations.
They’re looking for an interim Head of Product to help them manage their 5 person product organization (3 pms, 2 designers) and to help them shape and ultimately fill the Head of Product position at the company with the right type of full time product leader.
The product organization supports a ~15 person engineering organization and the company as a whole is around 250 people.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have experience owning and scaling product organizations at Series B and C companies
- You have experience operating as a product consultant
- You have founding or very early stage startup experience
- You have 10+ years experience
