Context:
We’re working with a company that’s building a product to help hospitals better understand their finances. They’re dealing with tables with millions of records at the moment and are anticipating these numbers growing by one to two orders of magnitude over the course of the next 18 months.
They believe the types of analysis they need to perform on this data would be significantly more performant in a graph database.
They’d like someone with deep experience with both graph and relational databases to come in, get up to speed on their problem space, and help them chart a path forward. This has the potential to turn into a longer term monthly retainer.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have experience scaling database systems through similar stages of growth
- You have experience architecting, managing, and optimizing graph databases
- You have deep experience working with relational databases
- You have early stage startup expeirence
