Context:
We’re working with a company that is building technology for sports leagues like the NFL, NBA, and UFC. They’ve just closed a Series A and have some major, contractually obligated deadlines they need to hit with some of these leagues in the next 12 months.
They currently have an engineering team of 2 and they are looking to get to 12-15 in the next 12 months. They’re looking for someone who can help them see through the next 3-6 months of this transition and ultimately replace themselves with a full time CTO.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have experience creating quality/reliability focused engineering cultures
- You have experience building similarly sized teams
- You have mobile experience
- You have 10+ years experience
