Context:
We’re working with a company that building a platform that helps other companies analyze their HR data. They have a lot of workloads they need to run on the data they have that are currently very efficient.
They’re looking for someone who can come in and optimize their data infrastructure as well as expose some functionality via an API to their client facing web app. Nice to have would be the ability to work on the backend of that web app to fully integrate it with their data infrastructure.
Engineering team is currently 5 folks including the CTO, they have some folks in europe but are looking to bring on folks in the americas going forward.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have data engineering experience
- You have experience working at early stage companies
- You have platform experience
- You have analytics engineering experience
- You have 8+ years experience
