Context:
We're working with a company building a product to support public housing applications in NYC. The product applicants, leasing managers, and includes a voice + text based AI agent that can answer basic questions about applications.
The team has built out a platform in FastAPI and NextJS that is now live, so you would be helping them add new features and iterate quickly to expand the application's capabilities into new product areas. You'd be working directly with the CEO with a lean engineering team (~4 people).
They're looking to build in python and react, so you would contribute across the full stack from the front end to AI-powered features on the backend.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have early stage startup experience
- You have python experience
- You have react experience
- You have used agentic development to optimize workflows
- You have 7+ years experience
