Hours per week: 10

Location: Latam strongly preferred
Working hours: 6-7 hours overlap with ET

Context:
We're working with a founder running a job board. The platform is a mature no-code stack built with Airtable as the database and Make.com handling the API and automation layer. They're growing quickly and need support maintaining and expanding the job board website.
You'll be stepping into a production system and working directly with the founder. You'll bring an ability to move quickly, debug production issues, and own new feature development with high ownership. Fullstack software engineering background is nice to have but not a hard requirement here.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You are an expert in no-code app development
- You've owned complex, long-lived automation systems built with Make and Airtable
- You can drop into a production system and debug independently
- You move fast and operate with autonomy
- You have 6+ years experience
