Context
We're working with a company in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation market. You will be helping build the platform which coordinates logistics for everything from standard ambulatory rides to wheelchair, gurney, and ALS/BLS services.
In this role, you'll be defining how to test complex healthcare logistics systems, driving the organization's automation strategy, and ensuring security and reliability standards for releases. The work will be largely collaborative, so you can expect coordination with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria.
They're looking for folks who are comfortable designing and implementing test plans for both functional and non-functional requirements. Ideal candidates will also have a track record of integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Their engineering org has ~30 people. You'll report into their engineering manager.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You've built automated testing frameworks and suites for web apps and APIs using tools like Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
- You have experience with manual and exploratory testing
- You're comfortable with schema validation (OpenAI and Swagger)
- You have proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
- You're savvy querying relational and key-value DBs for data validation
- You have 7+ years of experience
