Context:
We’re working with a company that is streamlining the workflows of insurance companies using AI. They’re growing faster than anticipated and need to add bandwith to their rails team which is building the core web application used by their clients. You’d be working alongside 4 other engineers on this team that are spread out across the U.S. and latin america. Familiarity with react is a nice to have - the frontend of their rails application is a stand alone react app - but not a need to have for this role.
About You

- You have rails experience
- You have experience working at early stage startups
- You have 6+ years experience
- You have react experience
