Context
We're working with a company that's building an AI agent for fortune 100 insurance companies that digests statisical data and synthesizes it into reports.
We're looking for someone who's organized, communicates well in front of clients, is able to come up to speed quickly in a new domain, can debug the reports being generated, improve the prompts, and support their end clients. You will help enable customers directly by answering questions, unblocking usage, and acting as a bridge between the product and the people using it.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, etc) and prompting
- You have built and/or run evals to measure AI output quality
- You're a quick learner and organized
- You're able to come up to speed quickly on new domains
- You have 3+ years of experience
