Context:
We’re working with a client that helps engineers understand and optimize training costs for their ML models by analyzing how their code is going to perform on the hardware available at all the major cloud hosting providers (aws, gcp, azure, etc.). They’re using this technology to build a virtual cloud hosting provider that runs and routes your ML workloads to the lowest cost platform available.
They’ve built a VSCode extension (this is javascript + react) that functions like a linter and helps folks understand in real time the performance implications of the changes they’re making to their code. They’re looking for a senior frontend dev to help them set up CI/CD for this project and so they can ship more regular updates to the VSCode marketplace.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- Experience setting up CI/CD
- Experience working in an early stage environment
- Experience product managing technical work
- Experience with React
- Experience consulting
- 8+ years experience
