Context:
We’re working with a late stage startup that helps companies manage benefits for employees. They’re pushing to get a set of new features out by January so that their clients can use them for the 2025 calendar year. The engineering org as a whole is 40 people, spread out across the U.S. The mobile you’d be joining team is currently 3 people and it builds the mobile app that employees use to manage + interact with their benefits.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have React Native experience
- You have consulting experience
- You have experience working with U.S. based companies
- You have 6+ years experience
