We have a client that works with SaaS companies that force new sign ups through a demo call.

Our client helps them create working self-serve demo environments.

They’ve raised millions of dollars and can only serve a small fraction of the demand they’re generating.

They need to figure out how to scale the creation of these demos.

They’re looking for someone to a) help them solve this technical problem and b) help them hire founding engineers and a CTO.

You’d be the sole technical contributor to start and would be working directly with the CEO who comes from a sales background.

They’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of browser technologies and web apps more generally.

The solutions they’re currently considering range from building a framework to intercept ingoing and outgoing requests to the browser to recreate app functionality to building infrastructure that allows them rotate demo users between a set of real accounts.

About You

Roughly in order of importance:

  • You have a deep understanding of browser technologies
  • You have deep experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
  • You have non-trivial infrastructure + ops experience
  • You have early stage startup experience
  • You have 10+ years experience
