Context:
We’re working with a profitable 5 person company that generates lead for insurance companies. They have no engineers and their existing infrastructure is comprised of a CRM, google sheets, segment, and some other saas tools. They’re looking for an engineering leader who come in and help them hire layer in 4-5 engineers over the course of the next year who can execute on their product roadmap.
Most of the work the engineering work they need to do in the near term involves ETL, analytics, internal tooling, and ops, though it’s likely that within the next couple quarters they’ll start doing more consumer-facing product work. They do currently have a marketing website for they use for lead gen they built out in react through a dev shop.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- Experience leading engineering for early stage companies
- Experience building early stage engineering teams
- Experience with ETL
- Experience supporting analytics teams
- 8+ years experience
