Context:
We're working with a company building a product to support public housing applications in NYC. The product will support applicants, support leasing managers, and include a voice + text based AI agent that can answer basic questions about applications.
The team has built out an MVP in FastAPI and NextJS, so you would be helping them build out new features and iterate quickly to expand the product's capabilities. You'd be working directly with the CEO with a lean engineering team with plenty of opportunity for ownership. The CEO was previously a product manager at several startups.
They're looking to build in python and react. Prior experience with AI (BoundaryML and LangGraph) is nice to have but not a hard requirement here.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have early stage startup experience
- You have python experience
- You have react experience
- You have experience building agents and RAG systems
- You have 8+ years experience
