Context:
We're working with a company that's building a platform that enables highly regulated SMBs in finance adopt AI.
Half of what they're doing involves locking down execution environments and meeting compliance requirements for these customers and the other half involves working with them to help them integrate llm-driven workflows into their businesses.
They're looking for someone who can talk to customers, understand their needs, and build out reusable features within their core product. The thinking is this work will almost certainly involve ETL as most useful features will involve processing non-trivial amounts of data.
They're looking for someone who's deeply familiar with ai assisted development tooling but they're open to someone with no prior production AI xp.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have early stage startup experience
- You have experience interfacing directly with non technical stakeholders
- You have ETL experience
- You experience with end to end feature development
- You have 5+ years experience
