We're working with a company that builds an AI product for fortune 500 companies.
They are struggling to onboard new clients at the rate they need to be and are looking for help
a) supporting and driving effiiciences within the teams handling onboarding
b) productizing the work being handled by these teams
Their product ingests, analyzes, and evaluates math heavy documents.
Their onboarding workflow involves tuning success criteria, setting up monitoring for drift, and establishing ground truths.
The company is growing quickly and plans to 4x headcount this year.
About You

- You're attentive to detail
- You're an excellent communicator
- You're comfortable with ambiguity
- You're comfortable interfacing with engineers
- You have 8+ years experience
