Context:
We’re working with fintech company building an AI agent for enterprise clients that is looking to triple the size of their engineering team this year.
In the next few months they’re looking hire 4-5 AI engineers at differents levels in both latam and the US.
This role would be heavily focused on ingesting, chunking, and indexing data for RAG but bonus points if have xp orchestrating LLM based workflows too.
About You

- You have Python experience
- You have RAG experience
- You have early stage startup xp
- You have 10+ years xp
